We're now at the point of waiting for the granite counter tops. There are 4 pieces - one on the long wall with the sink, two small pieces next to the range, and one on the cabinet next to the wine cooler. I am hoping these will be here in 9-10 days. We had some issues with the way to cut the stone and how the backsplashes should be made, and I believe those are resolved.

The appliances are all in and working except the dishwasher, which has to be connected after the sink is in, which can't go in until the counter is in. The island sink works. The electrical work is done, but some or all of most of the light fixtures have not arrived. There are two pieces of glass that go on the walls, one behind the range, one behind the sink on the opposite wall. They go in after the counters. Two open shelves go on the wall to the right of the wall sink. Some of the drawers also need dividers.There will be paint touchup to be done, the phone and alarm have to be moved back, and then we are done. Done? Did I say done?
